By using Tahani AI ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Service Description

Tahani AI is an app for creating greeting cards using artificial intelligence. The App allows you to create personalized cards through a multi-step wizard, with images generated by AI technology.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

AI-Generated Content

Ownership

Cards you create using the App belong to you. You retain all rights to the text content you write. For AI-generated images, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use them for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not use the App to create content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
• Pornographic or violent
• Misleading or fraudulent
• Impersonating other individuals or entities

Disclaimer

AI-generated content is created automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free tier with limited quota and paid subscriptions for additional features. Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscriptions can be managed and canceled from your store settings
• No refunds are provided for partial periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated tools to create cards in bulk
• Exceed or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
• Resell generated content commercially without permission
• Copy, distribute, or modify the App or its parts

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Service interruption
• Inaccuracy of AI-generated content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
